Accommodation Information

K.I.T. GmbH & Co. KG is holding allotments at special rates in various hotels. Please find the list of hotels at the bottom of this page. The rates listed are per room and night and include breakfast, service and 19% German VAT. In case the German VAT increases, the room rates will be changed accordingly.
All hotels offer, as a minimum, bath/shower/WC, telephone, TV and breakfast facilities. Hotels of 4 and 5 stars usually have a restaurant, bar and fitness facilities.

Booking
All reservations must be made using the booking form either online (see "Registration") or by fax (see "Download"). Bookings cannot be made by telephone.

Group Reservations
Group reservations (10 rooms minimum) will be handled by separate contracts and regulations. Please contact K.I.T. Group directly at eci2009registration@kit-group.org.

Check-In/Check-Out
Official hotel check-in time is after 15:00. Check-out time is 11:00. No-Shows will automatically released at 9:00 the following day. Should you please to arrive after 18:00, please inform K.I.T. Group´with your booking.

Payment
Upon receipt of the completed booking form together with the full credit card details, the K.I.T. Group will process your booking and send you a confirmation.
The K.I.T. Group will charge the credit card on July 31, 2009 with the entire amount due for the accommodation booked, and send out an accommodation invoice. If the hotel room is booked after July 31, 2009, the credit card will be debited upon receipt of the booking.

As it is not possible to pre-reserve any rooms, please contact the hotels directly in order to make your booking.
