Registration Information
All registrations for the congress may be submitted online or via fax after downloading the form from the website. The deadline for pre-registration is August 31, 2009. After this date registration can only be made on-site at the on-site registration desk at the ICC Berlin.

Registration Fees
The registration fee for all participants includes access to all official congress sessions, the exhibition and poster area, the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, a congress bag (containing congress material including the Final Programme and the Abstract Book) and a public transportation ticket for Berlin and Potsdam (except day tickets).
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes entry to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, the Congress Party** as well as a public transportation ticket for Berlin and Potsdam.
** As the Congress Party is now fully booked, we have reduced the registration fee for accompanying persons to 65.00 EUR.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the congress, should contact the Congress Secretariat

The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the congress organisers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the congress are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Letter of Confirmation
Registration to the congress will be confirmed by a Letter of Confirmation as soon as the fully completed registration form as well as payment have been received by the Congress Secretariat c/o K.I.T. GmbH & Co. KG.
Participants must present this confirmation letter at the registration counter as proof of their registration.

Please note that we will not accept any group registrations without the individual mailing addresses of the participants. Individual mailing addresses of all group members must be included in order to register a group.
On-Site Check-In Procedures
All participants are required to personally check in at the appropriate registration counter at the ICC Berlin to receive their badge and the congress bag before attending any congress sessions or events.
